Attendance information
Dr. Lee’s rooms are located in the St. Andrew’s Sessional Suites at St. Andrews War Memorial Hospital (Yellow Block). From the Wickham Terrace main hospital entrance, please take the elevator to the to the 6th floor where the suites are located.
For your initial appointment, please arrive ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete your paperwork or pre-fill your patient questionnaire and privacy consent form prior.
Parking and transport instructions
Paid parking is available at St. Andrews Hospital with entry via North Street. Limited off street metered parking on is also available within walking distance to the suites.
The hospital is also accessible via public transport including the free Spring Hill Loop bus service.
